Would you believe this is my first time having a massage!! Well.....I say massage but i'm sure this was not the bog standard massage you get anywhere else. This was amazing and I wish I had gone to Zena before now. My husband goes to see Zena regularly and has always raved about her and I now know why. I felt like I was walking on air and was so relaxed and stress free. I actually came home and slept for 2 hours and I haven't slept so peacefully and deep like that for a long time. So, thank you Zena, you will definitely be seeing me again.x

For months now, I have had a stiffness in my neck and a tightness in my back and shoulders. A friend made me aware of the EMMET technique and I contacted Zena, her being an Advanced Practitioner. My friend was a convert to the technique and so, with a completely open mind I booked an appointment with Zena. The session used gentle touch points and specific movements to 'reset' some key core muscles that appeared not to be working at their optimum. Zena's explanations were very clear and she gave me some simple exercises to repeat daily so I could help myself going forward. My back and shoulders feel so much more relaxed and the 'normal' tension I would be continually aware of is not there anymore. It's a great feeling. I would highly recommend a chat with Zena if you're struggling with any sort of back or shoulder pain, or restricted neck movements.

I've struggled with back issues for some time until Zena advised me she did a therapy call Emmett & that it is fantastic for re-engaging the core which supports the back. I have now had several treatments & although a subtle technique the effect is profound with improving range of movement throughout my body. Anyone with pain & stiffness can benefit. Zena is very experienced & also does many other therapies including being a master therapist for massage (no hands is amazing!) Reiki Master, aromatherapist & does energy work in the form of Gi gung. Highly recommended!
