        Never answer the phone. Near on impossible to get an appointment. When we got through and explained what the appointment was for the receptionist laughed and said call 111 then hung up. Totally unprofessional

        Absolutely impossible to get through made even worse now with the constant replaying of the the very long messages and then ending the call! We had to ring again and go through the same process again and again. My husband listened to those messages 25 times this morning, waiting on hold is far better that listening again and again to the same droning messages at least you feel you are in the queue and only listen once to the messages

        Phone rings continuously and cuts off. 08:30...... Appointments don't exist for 3 or 5 days and then if your lucky.......
