A beautiful church with a very impressive tower and lots of history. We would have loved to climb the tower (the views are apparently spectacular), but the opening times are very limited.

The tower was open on Saturday so I took a trip up. Very steep steps but definitely worth it. The views were amazing.Great place steeped in history.

Grade I listed church with tall tower, 132 feet. There's a Fishermen's Corner in the nave as a memorial to those from the parish who have earned their livings from the sea. Also, a board giving names of those lives saved by Winterton lifeboats. Open daily with parking, wheelchair access, but no toilets - though they are available at the beach car park.

Church looks lovely. Shame about the church yard. Grass is getting longer than the head stones.
