Wanted a wood burner for a long time , contacted Norfolk wood burners and had a conversation via email (very prompt replies), Kerry came out and had a chat about what to fit and what would happen . Set a date and it was done in 2 days. Excellent from start to finish. Will recommend to anyone I hear wanting one. Very professional and friendly fitters who answered any questions. Cant believe how good it looks. Wood burner is A rated for efficiency. If thinking about getting one , do it . You wont regret it. Very happy customer

Very impressed with level of service. Job was done with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience, with the installers leaving the room just as they found it. And the stove looks good and makes the room lovely warm and cosy. ,

Very happy with the product & the work. The team seemed knowledgeable & happy to answer any questions. The fitters had to overcome a couple of unexpected problems on the day, but this didn't seem to phase them.
