Recently had an electric garage roller door fitted by The Garage Door Centre. From the initial phone enquiry to fitting it was a stress free experience. We visited the showroom and saw John, he was very helpful and gave us the confidence we were looking for when spending this amount of money on a garage door! The fitting team of Scott and Justin are a credit to the company. Arrived on time worked very neatly and efficiently to fit the new door. Everything was explained on how to operate, all paperwork was handed over and all waste was taken away at the end. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a well made, secure garage door. You definitely get the quality that you pay for.

Problems with the remote controls. Second time in one year. Had some discussions with this very nice, friendly and serviceminded Servicemanager Jaymi. Had to Waite a couple of weeks, then these nice. Gyes, who installed the door, came over and fixed the remotes in 15 minutes. Very good. Most interesting was actually the answer I got when I asked if it's very bad quality on the remotes, because they just stop working. No, the serviceman said, you have probably not changed the battery in wright way. If you don't manage to do it in 5 sek you need to recode the system! Why don't they inform customers about this when they install a new garage door. Most people should be very greatful if they had.. Anyhow, I'm very pleased with my nice garage door and the service I got.

Great service not to be faulted from beginning to end. My request was listened to and quoted promptly and then on the day of installation the chaps turned up on time and have done a brilliant job. No complaints - have already recommended to friends and family
