No wonder we read such bad reviews about this company - Still waiting for my order 4 weeks now and nobody even bothered to call and explain what is going on. I had to call. They will either learn that customer service is THE MOST IMPORTANT and keeps the business alive, or they will not survive!!! If product quality is bad and customer service is appalling, how are they still on the market - probably their boss has deeper pockets than Jeff Bezos and he doesn't care anymore about the QoS ...

Absolute appalling all windows & skylights seals have blown & causing rot & apparently not covered by warranty 18 months after installation ????????DO NOT USE THESE VILLANS

Many years ago in the Jewsons car park in Watford a driver in an Outlook Windows van reversed into my mothers car, which we were both in at the time. We were parked up and saw it happen in the rear view mirror. It was a relatively empty car park with no else in it at the time and no other vehicles near us. When we got out of our car the Outlook windows van driver immediately started swearing at my mother and I saying that he hadn't reversed into our parked car and I then drove off. I called the company then based in Watford every day for a few weeks asking to speak with the Managing Director and advising what had happened but they kept saying he wasn't available and then became really nasty, so I eventually stopped. It was an old car with minor damage so I didn't pursue it. It was more for the fact of how the driver behaved, swearing at my mother I and just plain lying about what had just happened in plain sight. Years later with the persistence of memory and the power of the internet I am able to share what happened and warn people of this awful company with disgusting ethics.
