        Excellent from start to finish. I asked 3 companies to come and help me work out what I wanted. Alex was the only one to suggest options that were non standard, and the other companies could not deliver to that spec. The fact that they manufacture everything to spec with good, knowledgeable sales people is the reason I chose CRK. The price was no different to out of the box bought in solutions either. Alex even knocked on my door to see how they looked a few weeks later. Could not be happier. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

        Great choice of products and brilliant service from Bruce that 3xplained everything in a clear professional way. No pressure to "sign up today to get this special price" type of thing. Will be going back once we decide on design and spec.

        Front door was fitted over 5 years ago and developed a fault with the lock. Kevin from CRK replaced the lock within 3 hours of the fault being reported. Brilliant!
