        Good selection and availability of products. Had an issue with one part, was resolved within 24 hours. Mistakes happen, how its remedied is the important thing which was very good.

        Order sent late afternoon, yesterday. Telephone call from Keypart to advise that I may have ordered the wrong part. order revised over the telephone and delivered to me in Scotland by 1115 next morning. Now that's service. Well done to DHL too !
