I highly recommend Mark Ryan. He is super helpful and friendly. Installed my dual-cylinder water softener in a couple of hours, and the quote was reasonable. I had some issues the following week, and he turned up late at night to sort them out for me. He is super reliable, and I would recommend getting your water softener installed from him.

Spoke to mark as wanted to have a water softener fitted he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail he was very clean and tidy and the best thing was the price I got many quotes but he was very reasonable i would Recommend him to friends and family for sure.

My water softener failed after 10 years. And the manufacturer were not great at coming out to repair. I found Mark from Mister Water Softener on line and he picked up the phone and called me back after 30 minutes. One day later he arrived and gave me advice for free on my broken machine. I decided to purchase a new one from mark and within a couple of days he arrived on time and deinstalled the broken softener and installed the new "Harveys" machine. He's a lovely chap and the new machine looks really good quality. It's a dual system so works much better than our old Monarch machine. And because Mark is local the customer service will be much better. Great job Mark. He left tablets to check the water and within 10 minutes of him leaving we had fully soft cold water. Hope this helps anyone in deciding what softener to buy as well as what company. Well done Mister Water Softener!!
