        Helpful staff but location was awful and more importantly the car, which we were to have for between 4 and 6 months, was an absolute dog. Nissan Qasqai (sp) with 40k, horrible suspension and handling. Thankfully it broke down after 10 days and was replaced with a Hyundai Ionic in Norfolk. Also 40k. That also broke down. Not impressed.

        Had to rent a vehicle due to mine being at a garage. Everything went smoothly and had a nice clean car in less than 20 min. Definitely be using again in the future

        Dealt with quickly and professionally. Had the car ready when they said it would be, the car was clean and also had full tank of fuel, the fact they allow you to leave the car at the dealership where you pick your own car up from relieves so much stress and headache. I would definitely recommend.
