Turner Performance did a great job on my '68 Mustang! Rebuild of the bottom end of the 302 and assembling performance heads and cam, etc. Car runs super now, and Eric and Elliott were very straightforward to deal with!

Can confirm the reports of utterly abysmal customer service. Enquired with them via Facebook messenger regarding an "ultimate supercharged package" they offer on their website. I was very polite and gave them all the information they asked for but I got the sense they plucked the quotation for my vehicle out of thin air. I clarified some matters about the vehicle and received no response and now you can now no longer message them via Facebook messenger. Appalling service and I will take my business happily elsewhere. Avoid.

I phoned this place to try and gain knowledge before having my BMW ECU remapped and also my transmission ECU. I spoke with someone who I believe was the owner as he said he had 46 years of experience in tuning cars. Not only did he try to belittle me due to my lack of knowledge on the subject he told me a number of things that are patently untrue. One thing I do know something about is transmission repair having once owned a business that did just that. He told me that A BMW DCT transmission employs torque limiters to protect the internals. This is completely false. Only BMW ZF automatic transmissions do this. In fact his own business uses XHP flashtool to tune the gearbox ECU. The XHP website clearly states this fact so presumably he does not even read about the technicalities of the product he is selling. He told me that a DCT transmission is a type of automatic, this again is untrue. A DCT is a manual box controlled by very quick electro hydraulic actuators to give quicker shift times. Do not trust the advice this man gives you as he will clearly tell you anything even though he knows not what he is talking about. I can only think this is done to sell you something you don't need so beware. The point is that I may actually need this product so was seeking genuine advice from someone who understood about the product he was selling. Put simply he should not try and belittle customers and get his facts right before giving advice as this causes distrust. He may quite possibly be selling a good product but his knowledge on aspects of what he is selling plus his people skills are somewhat lacking to say the least.

Spoke to Eric last week about getting a DSG gearbox mapped on to my Manual ECU was assure that was possible. Arrived to Turners and was told they could not map my car because it did not run. Which I explained to him. Terrible service

I'm still in shock regarding the terrible service i received and the way i was spoken to by Eric - I don't think i have ever had a more negative experience. They have an image of my car on their social media which i have asked them to remove, which they haven't.....
