Driver was 15 mins late and had McDonald's. Guy had obviously stopped off for food making me late.

Customer service is appalling. I missed my train because he forgot to send a cab over. I initially booked a cab which he said would take 10-15 minutes to arrive, but never did. I say he forgot because when l called the office again 20 minutes later, the same man l had spoken with initially, said oh, youre going to bridge street and l said no, l told you l was going to the train station. Then he said a cab has already been there and left when in fact l had been standing outside soon after l booked the cab. He further on said someone tried calling me several times and yet l didnt have any missed calls. When the driver finally arrived, he confirmed that he didnt know anything about the first booking Lesson learnt from this !!! We all make mistakes in our lives.. no one is perfect. Admit a mistake and apologise. I say that because l know l would have felt differently had the man admitted a booking error and apologised than making me feel like a fool.. Anyhow, l have no problem with the driver Thank you
