Have a few items of clothing I wanted to get altered so I called up. I asked for a rough price to take legs up or waist in etc so I could decide how many items I wanted to bring down (didnt want to waste my time going down if theyre mega pricey per item) but they couldnt even give me a rough idea which I thought was a bit odd. I even said tell me the most expensive price so I know the top end. Have called somewhere else now and got a better idea beforehand so will be going there. I understand they cant give me a fixed price, I just wanted a bracket or an idea of average cost. I just think the customer service of the guy on the phone could have been a tad better and more helpful

Absolutely fantastic service! Used to reline a very collectable Belstaff jacket I was very carefully shown all the different linings available and a perfect match was found jacket was returned with everything positioned as the original but the stitching quality and attention to detail far out classed what Belstaff originally did amazing skills and knowledge and also a pleasure to deal with! I took in a dress which needed a complicated alteration, with a frill taking up as well as the hem. I am absolutely delighted with it, the people who run this shop are very caring and friendly and really want their customers to be happy with their work.
