This doctors is ridiculous you can never get an appointment and if your lucky enough you have to wait two week's i phoned this morning for an emergency appointment and just get cut off if I wasn't so I'll and could travel I would change them and when you go to the surgery it's empty my son had an appointnt this morning he has mental health the doctor told him he's got a telephone appointment on the 5th to tell them then so why couldn't it get sorted with the appointment to day never none a surgery like it

If you can get through on the phones youll be lucky to get an appointment within 2 wks so you need to plan ahead if you get ill. I had my monthly prescription changed by a doctor without discussing it with me first called and left 3 messages requesting a call back over 2 day when I did get a call back I was told it was my fault the call back took so long as I havent answered their call. I said sorry Ive had no missed calls just to be told well I called and you didnt answer Ive checked and had no missed calls but this is the kind of service/ attitude of the staff since covid. I now have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to get the meds I need as Im told my appointment isnt urgent. They send out weekly texts now to say dont call as no appointments or closed for training, I dont know anyone else whos surgery does this on a regular basis.

Cannot get doctors appointment. Visited as got message but when arrived on the day and time they said someone had cancelled it. I did not cancel it so had another appointment sent for 4vweeks later.

Dont waste your time. Im on a waiting list for surgery. they wont book an appointment for me so I can get a referral to get my tumour removed that is pressing on my organs. . I keep calling reception and it's difficult to get an appointment as it's first come first serve. The receptionist was utterly rude when I tried to gather information about NHS services. I asked questions as my issue is urgent and wanted to transfer my MRI and other ultrasounds to their office to start the process of surgery. Used private today and will use another surgery. The receptionist exercised no empathy and said I could go use another surgery.
