        I cant recommend movement in motion enough. Ive been seeing Harry for a sports injury and he has helped me identify the root cause, and also given me lots of exercises that have greatly improved the mobility in my shoulder!

        Went with bad knee problems causing pain during everyday activity and playing sports. After 4 session Im now without pain and able to play sports without causing pain. Matt was very helpful and Knowledgeable and everything worked perfectly.

        Struggled with shoulder tension and headaches for years. Tried several treatments recommended to me and never got much relief then I met Matt. Total game changer, he just knows exactly what hes doing and what ever it is it works. I personally would not go any where eles.
