I came to Dr Ross after tearing my MCL (knee ligaments) playing football. I have just had my last session 3 months on, having made a full recovery, thanks to the excellent treatment at All Backs. Dr Ross is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions throughly. He provided me with a knee support and all the rehab equipment I could possibly need to aid my recovery. I saw a bad review below regarding money owed. I can say with 100% certainty that Dr Ross is extremely generous and never chased me for money. I didn't have the money for the knee support on my first session and he let me pay the next time. Unlike the aforementioned, I came back and settled my debt.

Unbelievably unprofessional attitude!!! My partner had some physio with "Dr Ross" last year, he paid for every single visit when he was there but since then "Dr Ross" keeps sending emails and letters with invoices and also showed up at our old address where we don't even live anymore!!! He even threatened us with "bouncers" and debt collection!!! Stop stalking us and our family or we will report you to the police!!!

I booked in with Ross after I suddenly started experiencing severe neck pain and was unable to turn my head. He managed to have my neck feeling great within no time at all and is now helping me with some pre existing morning numbness in my fingers from an old injury - I can feel a vast improvement after each visit and the home exercises he has given me to do are easy to follow. He's super friendly too which is a bonus. Thanks Ross :)
