not a good company to deal with, sales staff promised what could not be delivered, there are much better systems on the market. The system dont work as should be. Avoid

Bransom has been a business partner for over 20 years, and I can honestly say our business has benefited hugely since we introduced their bespoke stock management system coupled with the advice from their sales and support staff. Along the way weve upgraded the systems regularly to now include repairs management, insurance at point-of-sale and other modules, and whats really special is that were still dealing with the very knowledgeable and experienced staff weve dealt with for years. Their bsmart-links service enables us to update our stock information and prices quickly and easily, and saves us having to spend huge amounts of time manually entering and correcting the data. Also, a special big thumbs up for the support desk! Also offering support on a Saturday (and out of normal hours) which is often our busiest day is a tremendous help and not offered by many software houses in our experience. They always manage to remain calm and responsive no matter how "frantic" we are at our end!!!
