        Highly recommend Emily. From the start Emily was a true professional, taking time to fully understand my needs and medical history before explaining the reflexology treatment to me. The treatments can then be what you want - some weeks understanding and chatting through what the reflexology is telling me about my body and some weeks just relaxing and having a sleep during the treatment! Emily is great at adapting the treatment to work for you. I always feel so relaxed and far more balanced after a few reflexology sessions so do not hesitate in getting booked in with Emily to feel the benefits for yourself!

        "I first discovered Ametrine on Google after searching for reflexology whilst on a business trip I found Emily highly professional undertaking a thorough assessment both pre and post reflexology treatment. Her treatment room was warm, inviting and calming just what l needed. I was so impressed I booked further appointments and have now tried all of Emily's treatments. I would highly recommend Emily and her treatments and would recommend to friends and family.
