A special thanks to Matthew Parry for having guided me in my journey to getting my new role! As someone else mentioned, his experience and care made me feel more confident throughout the process. I 100% recommend him :)

In September 2022. I entered my first ever accounting role. I entered university at as a mature student (29) and although I did have experience in other industries, I had no real relevant experience. After I applied, Matthew rang me and gave me some crucial advice on editing my CV as well as sharing his experience during the interview stage. One of the articles he wrote, mentioned that a previous candidate was offered a role, simply due to the fact that during his research, he discovered that the company used a specific software which he had no experience in. Prior to the interview, he began training himself in its use. He was subsequently offered the job. With this in mind, I thoroughly researched the companies financial statements and history. Which was very well received by my now employer. I was offered the job despite being really nervous at both interviews, beating out 40 other people who applied for the same role. Throughout the entire process Matthew gave me as much support as I needed along the way. I highly recommend him for his knowledge, experience and the fact that he cares about his prospective applicants. Without him, I doubt I would have managed to gain employment in my chosen field.

Matthew helped me discover my potential after graduating from university. It's difficult to find jobs that are interesting, local and relevant to your degree and interests. Most people at this stage in their career have never had a 'proper job' as well, so my interview and job application skills were lacking a bit. His graduate recruitment services have helped me overcome all of this, enabling me to properly kick start my career. I would fully recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again!

I went through a lot of recruiters throughout my post-university job hunt and Matthew was by far the best. He took a real interest in my experience and paired me with a great role. He made regular contact and I found a phone call with him cleared up a lot of questions I had regarding my search. His tailored advice to the demands of the job description gave me confidence in my interview and I could not recommend him highly enough.
