They are very responsive and communicate clearly, as well as being open to our suggestions. If you need need block management or thinking of working with them as an approved contractor, then rest assure that you are in capable hands.

        Bawtrys manage a block which contains both commercial units and over 25 residential flats. All I can say is that I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge they possess. Highly recommend them to any freeholder who is looking for a proactive managing agent. Their back end management software makes financial reports simple and easy to find and understand
