        Unbelievably rude customer service, particularly the lady. They made me wait for 5 minutes holding two parcels so 3 members of staff could have a chat amongst themselves. I then asked to be served as Im in a rush and have meetings and was greeted with a response of thats not my problem, thats your problem. I gasped with shock as Ive never experienced customer service this poor and even told them how shocking her response was, the lady got more aggressive with her responses and went on to say have you not been to a post office before, you are not allowed to return here - all of this just because I asked to be served after waiting patiently at an empty counter. Very strange!
