        Free Parking which is always nice. However, the main Postal Female Worker at this PO is not very nice. Whenever I attempt to return a parcel she tries to put me off by either stating that she needs to charge me etc, and when challenged she corrects herself without an apology. This has happened on more than one occasion. I also find when asking her for a form she is very dismissive, and presents as trying to hurry you along. I am only speaking of my experience EVERY time I visit this PO. All the other staff here are very friendly, warm and welcoming. Because of my continued experience here I have decided to use another PO 5-10 minutes away where everyone is VERY professional and helpful.
