Rude unhelpful staff,both website and door sign states they are open till 6pm and 6.30pm throughout the week but when arrived at 5.25pm was told they shut at 5.30pm ,when asked why? got told that wasn't busy so shut

Had trouble accepting a prepaid parcel and couldn't tell which other post office might accept it. Useless service.

There was a young person serving in here behind the counter on Sunday who was as rude as could be. She kept a customer in front of me waiting whilst she studied her mobile phone until the customer asked if she was serving. She just about looked up with her moody face and was miserable throughout dealing with that customer. When it was my turn I got the same moody reception and when I asked for a book of large stamps she said she only had singles. When I said they used to sell them in books she said I dont have any in my till . She didnt ask her colleague for any and was going to make no attempt to offer any alternative..she clearly could not give be bothered to serve me. She was just utterly rude. Ive always enjoyed the service here but today it was unpleasant. I would never treat anyone that rudely.
