I am surprised at the poor reviews. I went to the post office today as my driving licence needed renewing. There was quite a queue but it was moving well. I was served by Rimp who was very helpful and friendly and the process took very little time. I have no complaints whatsoever and received 5-star service.

Completely un professional in the ability to use & submit the correct requirements when renewing a driving license on their tablet machine. DVLA rejected the photo due to wrong size and background. I now have to fill in another form and submit new photos which should of been done correctly in the first place as I paid for this service. The male staff member had an attitude to dealing with the problem professionally. AVOID

Disappointed in the service I recieved yesterday, long queue going back to the door and the man behind the post office counter didn't listen when I said depending on the size my parcel came out as depended on how I sent it, he just stuck a 2nd class stamp on and when I told him I'd like to send it first class as it was cheaper than I expected he just said 'well I've stuck the stamp on it now..' he came across as quite rude and when I asked him to change it to first class he seemed annoyed slapping the new stamp on and throwing my parcel behind him. I usually use Grovehill Post office and I think I will continue to. Do better.
