AVOID!! Have had two really bad experiences with this post office and won't be using it ever again. I needed to post one small parcel to Ireland 2 weeks ago and the lady serving me made a lot of hassle over it, and complained quite loudly about her job while serving me. She charged me 14 for postage but when I asked to change the value on the parcel, she told me she'd have to charge me 26 to make this change. I ended up paying the 14, only for the parcel to be delivered back to my own address 2 weeks later. I returned to the post office with my receipt, only to be told I would have to pay all over again for them to post it to Ireland, and with absolutely no reason as to why it wasn't posted the first time. I also asked if I could return a Royal Mail parcel (as this is a service they claim to provide) but they refused to do that for me as well. Honestly I've never had such bad experiences with a post office before, I would highly recommend avoiding. Even though I live in Kings Langley, I will be driving to the post office in Watford to post parcels from now on, as I'd rather know I'm getting a proper service and that my goods will actually be posted, instead of getting charged 14 to have my parcel delivered back to my own door with no reason. AVOID!!
