        I applaud that the pizza is sour dough based and cooked in a wood fired oven - the sour dough notes were appreciable and welcome, and it beats local options mostly. However, all 4 of us agreed that the dough was fairly heavy going, dense/chewie - this may have been just due to not having been stretched out enough or overworked, but I feel like maybe the hydration/flour ratio was a bit incorrect, I would suggest a few re-runs of the dough and testing at higher hydration levels (aim for 60%?). Hopefully this doesn't come across as pompous - I did enjoy the pizza but I feel a few small changes would improve it a lot. As an aside the chicken dippers were fantastic.

        Attempted to order here, Friday evening 6pm. No answer to calls or texts, no way to order collection on website. Google and site says they are open. Went to address and its a residential house, no signs or anything. Hm
