Incredibly disappointing experience, I ordered a pizza delivery through their website, paid and got a confirmation email, however after a while I started trying to track my order, after an hour it was still stuck on getting ready to make your order, then after 1hour 30 I phoned and nobody picked up, several attempts later someone finally picked up and just told me they cant do it without explaining why, and I would get a cancellation email and refund after 2 hours of ordering. This happened 24 hours ago now and still not received any email regarding cancellation or confirming I would get a refund. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.
