I started attending classes a year or so ago, having never tried Pilates previously, with the aim of improving my core strength and flexibility. From the outset, I have found the instructors to be knowledgeable, professional and most importantly in my case, patient. Whilst I still find classes challenging (I'm told they always should be), they are enjoyable and something I really look forward to each week. I would recommend Encore to anyone.

Over the years that I have been a client at Encore I have enjoyed an improvement in both flexibility and core strength. Ive taken matwork and reformer classes and always found them engaging and varied. All the instructors teach to a very high standard and I would recommend Encore to anyone, whatever level. There is a class for everyone.

I have been a regular client at Encore for over 5 years, their expertise in all disciplines (mat, reformer, chair and Cadillac) is second to none. The classes are well structured and private client sessions keep me pain free and strong. I thoroughly recommend Nikki and her team.
