I joined Jenna's class a few weeks ago as I needed something that wasn't high impact as I have a foot injury. The class is perfect, it helps with strengthening and you get a whole body work out. Jenna is lovely and very down to earth so you don't feel intimidated or under pressure during the class. She gives very clear instructions and also simpler alternatives if you are struggling. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to tone up and get fit.
