I've been trying to contact the Pharmacy for a few weeks now, but they don't ever pick up their phone. One time when I did finally manage to get through, the lady told me she didn't have her phone charged and she had to hang up and ask me to call back 20 mins later. Very unprofessional and poor service for something so essential such as health. When waiting for a prescription my husband went for dinner and came back and I was still waiting. He was shocked. I'm sure everyone is nice and is very busy, I just haven't been able to speak to a pharmacists about anything and it is quite frustrating after a few days of not being able to get through.

Would ideally have liked to have given 0 stars but thats not an option Mega rude staff who through their arrogance misdiagnosed my son with slapcheek If a minimum wage job makes you unhappy, you should have tried harder at school. Dont take it out on customers its not our fault!!

I received a text at 8.20pm in the evening to say that my prescription was ready to collect. The following morning I went to collect it, only to find out it wasn't ready. I have found that certain members of staff are very rude, the shop is filthy and has become a lot worse for service and for helping customers with their enquiries. Over the last 18 months or so. Even when watching other customers being served some members of staff have got a dreadful attitude.
