        At request of this Pharmacy, booked my annual Flu jab over 3weeks ago. On arriving at time booked, was told that the Pharmacist was not there, and no one could do the vaccination.. Was told to rebook. Explained that I'd taken time off work, and they BOOTS,had not informed me that it could not be done. I am sure it is in the realms of possibilty, this could of happened. I will NOT be using their Flu Jab service ever again. Steve
