        It was my first time to using The Groom Room. Im so grateful to the manager lady Cara! Shes amazing and professional, she was look after my bichon puppy. I really recommend this place! Thank you very much!

        Had the worst customer experience ever today from.a very rude and unhelpful Becky at the vets for pets reception, refusing to serve me as it 4.55 , I waited 15 minutes as noone on reception, then she raised her voice . I needed flea treatment that's all but apparently not go time to do it , there were other customers waiting, she could serve them , still serving at 5.30, Antonio vet saved the disaster by letting me pay for one off treatment,
