After discovering a wasp nest in our roof, we was thrilled to find Astral Pest control. He gave a much cheaper quote than other companies, was friendly, well informed and came out very quickly. Will definitely use again if we need his services. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Michael Greatwood (Rosehill Gdns) The worst customer weve had the misfortune to deal with in 10 years trading without a single complaint and with many very satisfied customers. Customer was given a full refund, even though 3 visits had been completed by staff including a fully qualified pest control technician after we decided never to deal with Mr. Greatwood again due to receiving intimidating threats and threats of criminal damage via text message and telephone calls. The customers wife initially explained her concerns regarding their ability to pay for the work required and so substantial reductions were made to accommodate them. Customer also claimed the pigeons were only ever at their property evenings after 8pm and at weekends, greatly limiting the time visits could be made. We would advise other tradesmen to proceed with extreme caution if dealing with this immature and vindictive customer unless they are in the habit of performing major miracles at very low prices. Screenshots of the text messages received are on file if anybody wishes to see them and copies have now been passed to the police.

Had an issue at my business site discovered late in the afternoon. Called around as needed problem fixed ASAP before opening for business the following day. Called around to 12 different firms, all quoted 100 + and couldnt even come until the following Monday. Mitch came from over an hour away and left 10 minutes after my call. Sorted the problem before the sun had even gone down and was 50 cheaper than the nearest quote. A true 24hr service and a top bloke. Wouldnt go anywhere else after my experience today.
