        Best PT I have ever had! I have struggled for years to know what I am doing in the gym and have tried a few different PT but never found anyone who I enjoyed training with. Ed has always taken the time to explain to me exactly what we are doing and why (and how it will help with my running, cycling and swimming) & tailor made a nutrition plan to help make me healthier & help to achieve my goals. He is fun to train with and talked me through alot of my training worries! 5/5 Highly recommend! #teampowellfitness

        Sessions are alot of fun, he really knows his stuff and I really enjoy training with Ed. I've lost a stone since starting three months ago. I can't recommend him highly enough.

        Ed has been fantastic - I have been struggling to lose weight and put on muscle and maintain it, used to hate going to the gym! Ed has helped boost my confidence and now I am in the gym 5 to 6 x a week. Ed gives me PT sessions 3 x a week and it has helped! Highly recommend him.
