I've been training with Nick for the past few weeks now and am really enjoying the sessions. Nick took the time to discuss and understand what I was looking for in my training, and then put tailored a plan to help me achieve those goals. Each session has been challenging but also a lot of fun. The communication and feedback I've received from Nick have been excellent and the pointers he's provided have helped when I've trained independently between our sessions. Although we've only trained together for a short time, I've noticed vast improvements in my strength and stamina. I'm looking forward to continuing our training together and would highly recommend him to those that are looking to make similar improvements to those I've experienced.

Excellent session with Nick. Took the time to discuss, and understand, any limitations I may have due to long-term serious injuries, and adapted the session to accommodate for it. Great communication and listening skills, and I look forward to booking the next session.

Really enjoyed the circuit training sessions with Nick so I decided to take things further with him and booked a series of one on one sessions.......in a short period hes helped me turn around both my body and my diet.....and my whole attitude toward training and keeping healthy. Ive tried a number of personal trainers and ways to keep fit over the years and Nick has by far been the best trainer Ive ever had. I know he wont like this review as hes a humble guy but the results speak for themselves! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get results.
