        Ive been doing sessions with Brad for around 6 months now. I really enjoy the workouts which are personalised to my goals. Brad keeps the sessions fresh and interesting and I feel my fitness has improved significantly! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly trainer in Hemel!

        My husband and I really enjoy our joint PT sessions with Brad. He works out individual programmes for each of us and training at the same time makes it motivational and even a little competitive for us. After lockdown we needed to be inspired to get back into fitness and Brad's friendly but firm approach keeps us coming back for more!

        As a lady around retirement age, i was concerned about doing fitness. Brad has been really good at putting my fitness plan together and slowly pushing me. Brad is understanding and patient and makes me feel very comfortable. I also feel that my general fitness has improved from my weekly sessions.
