        Terrible experience I had an eye test and took my prescription to another place as specsavers couldnt get the glasses I wanted! Got my new glasses based on specasavers prescription and couldnt see a thing! Returned to specsavers who said its not their problem and wipe their hands of it,not even an offer to retest or fix the lenses in the glasses I had purchased! I asked several times for my stigmatism not to be corrected as it gives me headaches yet she corrected it! I now have to be retested elsewhere as the man in specsavers was soo rude I decided to also cancel my lensmail subscription as I dont trust them and his attitude stunk that I dont want to return there! I will be in touch as you will pay for the correction as this is the 2nd time Ive had the wrong prescription and had to return glasses as the prescription has been soooooo off I cant even wear them as it distorts everything in the distance! After speaking to a friend she had the same issue with the same optometrist!!
