I've known Kelly for years and have seen her several times for advice on nutrition during gym training and also for cortisol/adrenal testing. I approached her again in the summer of 2018 as wanted my body to be in the best possible condition to try for a baby. After a coupe of initial assessments via video call, she gave me a tailored plan which included nutritional information, recipes, supplement and vitamin recommendations and suggestions on exercise. I fell pregnant on our second month of trying and, at 37, that was something i wasn't expecting. Whilst I'm already in good shape and health, I'm sure Kelly's advice and plan played a huge part and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Since falling pregnant, Kelly has continued to check in to ensure i'm doing OK and i know if i have any questions she's only a call or email away. I will definitely be coming back to her nearer due date so i'm in the best condition for breast feeding, being a new mum and eventually when I consider getting back into shape!
