Alexandra care home

Great team, as I did work a lot with Renata, the Deputy manager; very carring for the residential and for the team as well. Loved to see that as she cares that much, this is how all team is built. The management is heavily involved with all teams on the floor, knows so well the needs of the residents, and even its hard work, they all keep high Standards. It was a pleasure meeting them all. I worked in Alexandra for a year. The manager Gina and office staff are very welcoming and work as a team . They respect and value the staff and service users as an individual. I had lots of support from them. I found the residents are happy and content.

I am very happy here, Management are hands on. Carers are very competent and sympathise. Food is good and activities are fun and engaging. Facilities are good. Housekeeping is of a high standard. Since I have been here (8 months) decor and housekeeping and carers call bell response has improved.

This place should be shut down or change management plus stuff.... I worked there myself....most of the night shift sleeping during the wake night....
