        Absolutely awful did not turn up to give meds and shower and did not even let me know that they would not be coming. That is just one of many instances. Do not go with this company they do not provide adequate care at all.

        They are worst of the worst. I never thought there could be such an heartless employer out there but Zinnia care Ltd showed that there is. They bully you into working longer hours without pay and they never take responsibility. They treat their COS staff like slaves, making them work 7 days a week and sometimes without pay. If you expressed displeasures with the ways of working and hoping for a solution they would threaten you with COS revocation and call you all sort of degrading names. And they dont even train their staff before sending them out to care for people. So pls be careful and watchful.
