Amazing Day Nursery, I have two children that attend the baby and preschool unit. My son has progressed from Babies and will be leaving for school in September. He has blossomed so much and always comes home talking about what he has learned. As for my daughter in babies she is already showing signs of being ready for toilet training and learning new words rapidly. Cannot recommend them enough!

THEY CANNOT CARE LESS! We registered our daughter on an open day, because everything seemed perfect, the staff seemed very friendly and careful. They said that in the baby room for 12-24 months they encourage independence, for example they let babies blow their nose, but the staff will always be behind their back to ensure it is done properly. They also said they dont let babies cry to fall asleep, but they rock them instead or sing or anything else but cry it out. When we went for our settle in session, it was all a completely different story: It was raining outside and all the staff were wearing the outside soes in he baby unit, same were babies who could walk - imagine how messy it was there, and my daughter is crawling and she puts everything in her mouth. A lot of babies were ill (runny nose, cough) and wuthij the one hour we spent there, only one member of staff wiped one babys nose, all the others were really messy and noone really cared.. The first impression was that all babies were very very sad, they werent laughing or interacting to each other- the last thing I want for my daughter is to become a sad baby. Babies were crying, but noine really seemed to care, it seemed to be more of a matter of ticking boxes (feed, change nappy, give them some toys and thats it). I asked again how they put babies to sleep, and I was told that they dont let them cry TOO MUCH, so their method is actually cry it out, completely the opposite of what we were told when we registered. After the settle in session, I called the reception and talked to the admin lady and informed that we are no longer happy to go ahead, giving them the reasons. She insisted on myself accepting a call back from one of the staff in the baby unit, but noone has called back, THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. The overall impression - it is a messy nursery, with careles staff and sad babies, that do not seem to enjoy tge place. If you want to visit this nursery, definitely do not go on an open day, just book a visit when kids are there, to see the real vibe of a normal day in this nursery.
