        A great place to train, I have been there a few months now and enjoy every training sessions. The skills and techniques taught are great, Lewis is very knowledgeable and very good at explaining concepts. The gym always has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

        Great gym, Lewis (head coach) runs classes daily and really cares about all his students, from the people doing their first class, to the more advanced fighters. Thanks to Lewis the entire environment is great also with all the other members being supportive and kind.
