Extremely pleased with the service provided by Jacob from SPK Mortgages. When we had put an offer for a house, we already had a broker in mind however we still went ahead with the call with SPK to just get a second opinion and that call with Jacob made us re think our option and we switched from our first broker to SPK. He is very knowledgeable and always kept us informed on the best prices in the market. We were having a tough time to communicate with our Solicitors but Jacob has gone above and beyond to communicate our needs to them and get things sorted. He has been amazing and we have recommended him to our friends already. We will definitely be more than happy to work with him again.
