        My mum was placed in Mountbatten by social services. To start with the care was great, friendly staff who understood her needs. Sadly due to a human error my mum was given another patents drugs and had an allergic reaction, whilst in hospital a large sum of money was taken from her room without her permission. When reported the care home manager was not interested. I had to move my mum on.

        My mum is staying here and i cannot praise all the people who work here enough they go way beyond anywhere else for the care they give nothing is too much trouble whether your a resident or a visitor the care and love they give my mum Mary Potticary is absolutely amazing thank you all very much from her daughter Mary
