        Ross was fantastic really help with what I needed at the hemel store. mite I add went to watford store and the lady there just wanted me to spend more money, be definitely going back to the hemel store again

        Great customer service at H Samuel Hemel Hempstead. I was helped each time by the store manager Ross, he was absolutely brilliant every time i can not fault the service at this branch. I purchased an engagement and a wedding ring, one of which i needed exchanged due to it being too small which was no problem at all. I came back for another piece of jewellery i purchased and was very satisfied with the customer experience. Would highly recommend.

        Popped in yesterday as was passing just to look for wedding bands for our upcoming wedding in August we have been to many jewelers and have never had such a welcoming experience, Kellie was great she has the patience of a Saint and we felt very welcomed by her she answered all our questions and we managed to find our perfect wedding bands thank you so much I didn't get the names of the other staff members but they were also very friendly and joined in a few conversations
