Boots Opticians

Had eye test yesterday in Boots Hemel Hempstead. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was treated with excellence,all staff were approachable and helpful and explained every step of the test along the way making it a very easy experience. When choosing glasses the lady who helped me was excellent giving me expert advice and helping me choose the right glasses for me,I was so so pleased with the service and wouldnt go anywhere else,thank you

I had an appointment with the optician last Saturday at 16:40 in the Hemel Hempstead branch. Unfortunately the optician Mrs Patel was short with me. I am sorry to say I was disappointed with the way she spoke to me and she did not even treat me with curtsy. She was pressurising me to say Which one is better, and she was changing lenses so fast without considering that it takes more time for older people to comprehend. My wife who was with me has been told to wait in a caf outside.

I'm really disappointed with boots opticians. I have been with them for as long as I can remember for my eye test. They have really let me and my son down over the last few months. I know with the current circumstances can't be helped.. just after march I started suffering with headaces on my right side behind my eye. I just had to get on with it. When boots realised they were makeing new appointments I quickly booked. Then to get a phone call to say they would have to move that appointment to two months time, I accepted. A day before my appointment,again a phone call to say they would again have to move me and my sons appointment for a months time, my sons they couldnt even re book him in. I have now had enough and moved us to a opticians that I was able to book online, for this comeing week. I should have done it alot sooner then waiting so long to be seen. Not sure I will retuning to boots now!

We have such a nice friendly optician and the other staff are also so helpful and pleasant. I'd recommend this branch of Boots opticians wholeheartedly.
