        Like the previous reviewer, my kitchen tap, bought from another supplier, developed a consistent drip. Likewise, the supplier directed me to Kingsway Products, as it was outside their own 12 month warranty. And as the other reviewer also reported, the customer service I received from Gary was absolutely first rate. A quick response to my original email, and the immediate reassurance he would resolve the situation. Proof of despatch was sent the next working day, and the new replacement tap was received the following day. Definitely my first port of call next time I need something for my bathroom or kitchen.

        When our 4 years old kitchen mixer tap developed dripping and a separate leak my original supplier directed me to Kingsway Products. This I did to request a quotation for spare parts.
