Clement Estates is a very proactive agency with a very well-mannered staff. During my accommodation search, I had three offers after undergoing a successful reference check from three agencies, but I settled on Clements. The reason for choosing them over the rest was their inter-human relations. I was given the needed respect irrespective of my race. I felt at home the first time I stepped foot in their office. It would have been perfect to rate them five stars, but I gave them four because, on the eve of my move-in date, I had to walk to their office for the keys to the property instead of bringing them to the facility. Whenever I can recommend an estate agent to someone, Clement Estates will always be my number one choice.

Using clements from viewing to move in has been an absolute breeze, When first meeting Josh for the viewing he was knoledgeable and helpful regarding the house and the and the area, and for the rest of the team in the branch they were also more than helpful when going through refrencing and getting me moved in
