I purchased a bracelet for my boyfriends birthday with my little to no knowledge about jewellery Mason made the whole experience as amazing as I could have asked for it to be. He sat with me and answered all my questions and really took his time to explain things to me. The whole team here are so lovely and all make the experience amazing. Mason guided me through the process of picking/creating an engagement ring and it was amazing. I came into the shop with very little knowledge of what I was doing and Mason helped me through the process making me feel completely comfortable throughout - even if I did take forever to make a decision! Thank you Mason for all your help and guidance. We will definitely be back for wedding bands and the engagement ring was perfect!

I cannot be more impressed and happier with Crafted and specifically Mason at the Kings Langley branch. I came by initially needing 3 rings brought back to life and coated again as well as being engraved, even though one ring was a tricky one, they made it all a breeze and the rings look amazing now. We even worked together to create a new ring for my wife, Mason helped me with ideas and suggestions to help bring my own ideas to life and together he helped me create a bespoke and original one of a kind ring for my wife which she is absolutely in love with. Ill never go anywhere else for my jewellery needs now, 10/10, I would recommend anyone needed something repaired, looked after or just after new jewellery or something original and hand made dont go elsewhere, youll be very impressed with what theyre building here!
