Went in on Sunday AM for a Joint of Pork for 6 people. Recommended by the friendly staff the Pork Loin and it was Scored ready for Crackling. This is by far the best joint of pork we have had in ages, yes I do shop at supermarkets normally and we do love a bargain, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself to a proper Joint of meat. I do like to shop locally too. Took the cracking off and put that back in the oven on its own where it popped away like crackling should. Very tasty indeed. Even had enough cooked meat left over for a Stir fry for Monday nights dinner.
